Pack Your Items
Securely package the items in their original box, including all tags and a copy of your packing slip or receipt to ensure accurate processing.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier of your choice to send the package back to our fulfillment center in Chicago.
Receive Your Refund
